  • Q. How does auto-repeat delivery work?

    Just select how often you need your pet products delivered (between every 1-4weeks) and we’ll automatically deliver those products accordingly. Note that auto repeat works for your pet food, treats and grooming products. We understand that you don’t need the same toy and accessory repeatedly. You can change the products and the shipping date anytime, and we’ll ship your products when you need them.

  • Q. How do I cancel my order?

    Go to 'My Account', then click on 'Orders' in the left menu. Then click on the 'cancel' button for the order you want to cancel.

  • Q. How do I add/remove products from my next shipment?

    Go to 'My Account', then click on 'Orders' in the left menu. Then click on the 'edit order' button for the desired order. You can change the quantity.

  • Q. How do I change my delivery schedule?

    Go to 'My Account', then click on 'Orders' in the left menu. Then click on the 'edit order' button for the desired order. Then click on check-out where you can change the number of weeks for your subscription.

  • Q. When will my order get shipped?

    If you have placed an order from PawshBox, your order will get shipped between T to T+1 days. It will reach you within 3-4 days of placing your order.

    Don’t worry! Just click on’Lost your password’ and enter your registered email ID. We will send you the new password settings and you’ll be back in no time.

    We try our best to make you fall in love with our service and thus, keep all products in the best storage conditions. If, for some reason, you want to return your product, we have a few restrictions,
    1.We don’t accept returns on opened products.
    2.Return shipments will be subject to a return shipping fee. The tariffs are as follows,100- 500, return shipping fee of 50. ₹500- 1000, return shipping fee of 75.₹ Above 1000, return shipping fee of 100₹
    3. Our order amount - return shipping fee, will be transferred to your bank account.
